Sarah Paulson shows off new cropped haircut as she runs errands in Los Angeles after it was announced she’s returning to Broadway after 13 years
Sarah Paulson looked businesslike as she filled up her SUV in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The Ratched alum, 48, sported a new, shorter haircut. She also appeared to have lightened her hair several shades.
The American Crime Story actress – returning to Broadway after 13 years – wore a black blazer and baggy black pants over a black top.
She tucked her feet into a pair of trainers and accessorized with layered turquoise, silver and gold chains.
Her shorter, light brown haircut is a stark contrast to the collarbone-long, dark brown hair she recently showed off in a snap on her Instagram account.

The film and television actress returns to Broadway to star in Appropriate.
The piece marks her first run on the Great White Way since her 2010 run in Donald Margulies’ Collected Stories.
Appropriate was written by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, whose off-Broadway plays, Gloria and Everybody were both Pulitzer Prize finalists, the Hollywood reporter reported.
Paulson will play the role of Toni Layfayette, who returns home with her brother Bo to settle their father’s estate.
The siblings reminisce about the time spent with their father, until their brother Franz returns, bringing with him secrets from the past that have been buried for decades.
Paulson has had a long career in Hollywood and considers 48-year-old actor Pedro Pascal to be one of her oldest friends.
Paulson and Pascal met in 1993 when they were both living in New York City and hoping to make it big in Hollywood.
And while Paulson’s acting career took off before Pascal’s, she’s always been there for him.

“He’s spoken publicly about this,” Paulson said Esquire in a profile on Pascal.
“But there were times when I gave him my daily allowance from a job I was working on so he had money to feed himself. ‘
Paulson is thrilled with her boyfriend’s recent successes, saying, “He’s been part of some spectacularly successful things. But sometimes the show is the superstar in those situations.
“It’s really exciting to see him be the thing that becomes the superstar out of this.”
