Sarah Kaywood admitted she felt “miserable and overwhelmed” as she shared a body shot in her underwear on Saturday.
The TV presenter, 50, who underwent breast cancer surgery last year, reminded her fans that “nobody’s perfect” in an Instagram update.
In a photo shared on her Story, she was lying in bed, wrapped in a pink dressing gown and wrote a heartfelt update.
Sarah explained: “I woke up feeling really sick. Life is a struggle atm. Not enough time to do what needs to be done and moving to ruin watching everyone else seemingly ruin it.
“I’m exhausted: you should spend hours learning about Instagram and content creation, but I have other things to do, but then I’m overwhelmed without it.”

She continued: “It’s a vicious cycle and I hate it, but here we go, thinking about how to get everyone engaged today so I can run my business.” I guess it’s better to get up and take action.’
Sarah later changed into a black bra and leopard underwear as she proudly showed off her workout progress.
Speaking in the video, she added: “I might be miserable and overwhelmed, but at least I’m a little more in love.
“For transparent girls only, just so you know everyone else’s life isn’t perfect.” Also, it’s sweater time, maybe I’ll start a fire today.’
Sarah confirmed in June that she had discovered a second breast lump, nine months after being diagnosed with cancer.
The TV presenter revealed her original diagnosis last September, but has since discovered another lump – prompting her to check in with her doctor and ask for a mammogram.
She admitted on Instagram that the position of the lump, which is on a previously unaffected breast, was cause for concern – but could be a direct result of her ongoing hormone therapy.
She said: ‘I’ll just tell you something – I found another fucking lump. I went to the doctor and she felt it too.’

“Our hunch, me and the doctor, is because your breasts change, the composition of your breasts changes a lot when you’re on hormone therapy.
“But I have a mammogram tomorrow – it’s not a recurrence, so it would be another primary cancer, but I don’t have time, so will you all say a prayer for me tomorrow at three?”
She added: I have a little doubt, overall I feel good, but I just have this little worry. Obviously, once you have cancer, you worry that it will keep coming back.’
“I haven’t been as healthy as I could be, but you know, you’ve got to live, right? I can’t take all the joy out, can I?’
