San Francisco 49ers star Fred Warner’s heavily pregnant wife Sydney has revealed she has been cleared to fly to Las Vegas to cheer on her husband at the Super Bowl this weekend.

Sydney – who tied the knot with the 27-year-old linebacker in 2022 – is in her third trimester and 35 weeks pregnant.

The 28-year-old mom-to-be is expecting a baby boy with Fred and revealed she laid the foundation to make it to the big game just weeks before giving birth — before the San Francisco 49ers even made it to the finals. Super Bowl.

She lifted the lid on her plan to ‘take it easy’ as she cheered on Fred in the crowd – adding that she would try not to ‘jump around’.

Speak with Peoplethe expectant mother confirmed that she had been officially cleared to fly.

Sydney revealed that she first asked her doctor if she could cheer on her husband at the Super Bowl when his team appeared to be playoff-bound.

“I was like, ‘I’m not going to create anything, but let’s just say we’re here.’ I’m very superstitious. I asked, “Will you give me permission to fly?” And she said yes.

“So far everything is going well, so as long as nothing changes in a week, everything is going well.”

She explained that she would follow the doctor’s orders and “take it as calmly as possible.”

Sydney said health care experts advised her to stay hydrated and avoid running around and “jumping” on game day.

She noted that she was slowing down this football season because of her pregnancy.

‘I’m just taking it a bit easier. I don’t jump that high; try not to shout so loudly. I don’t want to do anything too crazy. I’ve learned to pace myself,” Sydney said.

Sydney — who competed on season 24 of The Bachelor — and Fred met in 2020 when he dropped into her DMs after seeing her on the reality TV show

“And I’m excited to see all the fans who are eager to talk to me about baby Warner. It’s very sweet,” the linebacker’s wife told the newspaper.

The mom-to-be also opened up about how her pregnancy has been so far and all the different foods she’s been craving.

She told the outlet, “I’ve been craving nachos and chips my entire pregnancy. So if there’s a nacho nearby, I’ll eat it.

‘I like Diet Coke or Pepsi, with a chip. This is definitely what this pregnant woman will enjoy.”

She also called her pregnancy a “fairy tale” before adding that although the last trimester had been “tougher”, she knew she would get through it and was looking forward to having their baby boy – whose name they have not yet revealed – to welcome with Fred at her side.

Last year, Sydney revealed the NFL’s best-kept ‘secrets’, revealing that WAGs must pay for their own tickets before game day, among a number of other team rituals.

She revealed that players were required to sleep alone the night before each match, regardless of location.

Sydney — who competed on season 24 of The Bachelor — and Fred met in 2020 when he dropped into her DMs after seeing her on the reality TV show.

A three-time First-Team All-Pro and Pro-Bowler, Warner made the cut this season, last season and in 2020.

The 27-year-old linebacker had 132 tackles, 82 solo, 50 assisted, 2.5 sacks per game, four forced fumbles and four interceptions.
