The footage shows cuts on her leg and her stumbling forward, leaving a trail of blood.
As far as the delegates could understand, it seemed that the woman wanted to show them the sword.
When the officers ordered her to put the weapon on the ground, she did so, putting the sword down and then raising her hands.
She then led officers to a nearby house on the street, where police found a woman suffering from horrific cuts.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers continued to search the home and found a woman who had been “transported to a local hospital for a medical emergency,” Lt. Daniel Vizcarra said.

At this time, detectives are having a hard time with their investigation because the women involved only speak Mandarin Chinese.
Based on the evidence collected, they suspect that there is a family connection between the women.
“Preliminary investigation indicates that there may be a family connection, but due to the language barrier we have not been able to confirm that yet,” said Lieutenant Vizcarra.
