Samantha Armytage took a sharp swipe at her former employer Channel Seven on Thursday as she stepped out at their rival Nine’s Upfronts event.
The former Farmer Wants A Wife presenter, 48, recently shocked fans when she resigned from Seven after 21 years, and rumors are now swirling about her next move.
It was recently claimed that she has signed a deal with Channel Nine to host a new Bachelor spin-off dating show called The Golden Bachelor.
Now Samantha has fueled the rumors as she stepped out on Nine’s Upfronts, where the network will unveil its 2025 programming to invited guests.
Referring to her involvement on a Nine show, Samantha was all smiles as she gave a very glamorous performance at the star-studded event.
She stepped out in her own revenge dress as she cut a sophisticated figure in a red high-neck midi dress with a keyhole cutout at the neckline.
Samantha gave herself a few extra inches in a pair of metallic silver heels and packed her essentials into a matching handbag.
The TV favorite teamed her elegant ensemble with a pair of gold hoop earrings and opted for a glamorous make-up palette.
She led the celebrity arrivals at the festivities, while a host of notable TV stars also made an appearance at the glitzy affair.

‘Look, watch this space. Exciting times ahead,” she said, flashing the interviewer a slight smile as she declined to confirm whether she had struck a deal with Nine.
Sources say the supposed Nine contract is worth a ‘significant amount’, but exact figures have not been released.
The announcement comes after months of negotiations between the star and her new network, with Samantha reportedly signed up for The Golden Bachelor.
“It’s been a bit of back and forth, but I believe the contract has been signed,” an insider told The Daily Telegraph last week.
The Golden Bachelor is a spin-off of the series The Bachelor, but differs in that the participants in the reality dating show are seniors.
The recent season of the US version of the show was hugely successful, with a finale attracting 6.1 million viewers, making it the most-watched final episode of the US Bachelor series since 2021.
“This is a smart move by Sam and Nine. She is very suitable for this performance and has breathed new life into Boerzoekt Vrouw,” said the insider.
Entertainment journalist Peter Ford joined the debate and tipped that the presenter of the Australian version of the ABC hit will be none other than Samantha.

Peter went to X and responded to a report about Indoor media about the likely host, claiming it would almost certainly be the former Boer Wil Vrouw helmer.
“If I was a gambler I’d put money on @samarmytage,” Peter suggested.
The report put an end to rumors that former Bachelor host Osher Gunsberg would return to the franchise.
The Australian household name announced her departure from Seven in August after 21 years with the network.
Samantha became the face of hit dating show Farmer Wants A Wife last year after appearing as a guest presenter for the first time alongside former host Natalie Gruzlewski.
But she shocked fans of the franchise in August by announcing she would be quitting Seven after 21 years.
Describing the departure as ‘sad and bittersweet’, Sam told The Daily Telegraph she felt her time had come to an end and was excited about her future.
‘I love instinct. I listen to my instincts. I know when the time comes. “I’m proud that I stand behind myself enough to say, ‘I’ve done what I can do here’ and I’ll move on,” she said.
‘This is not the end. It’s just the end of this chapter.’
