Samantha Armytage has reduced the price of her Hyams Beach home.
The 47-year-old Farmer Wants A Wife host has had the three-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront home on the market since December.
The television veteran purchased the property in 2018 for $1.8 million and has since completed extensive renovations.
Samantha put her Jervis Bay home on the market eight months ago for $3.2 million, but the property has still not sold.
According to the listing on realestate.com.auThe price Armytage is now willing to sell for is between $2.5 and $3 million.
Samantha lives in the Southern Highlands and regularly promotes stays at the beautiful 7,000-square-foot waterfront home.
The property is ideal for an idyllic getaway and is available as a short-term vacation rental, costing a whopping $1200 per night, with a minimum stay of three nights.

However, Sam shocked fans earlier this month by announcing that she is leaving Seven and leaving FWAW for a major career change.
She described the departure as “sad and ambivalent” and told The Daily Telegraph she felt her time was up and was excited about her future.
“I’m big on instinct. I listen to my instincts. I know when the time is right. I pride myself on the fact that I back myself enough to say, ‘I’ve done what I can do here,’ and I’m moving on,” she said.
“This isn’t the end. It’s just the end of this chapter.”

A source claimed that Sam threw in the towel after two seasons as presenter because Seven wanted to cut her salary, according to Women’s Day.
“Sam wanted the same amount as Natalie Barr and Sonia Kruger,” the insider told the publication.
‘Sam was still getting money from an old morning show contract, which is not what you get these days as a reality show host.
“She asked what Sonia gets paid for three shows. That wasn’t going to happen. Seven just wasn’t enough money.”
They also claimed that Seven refused to give Sam more “creative control” over the reality TV series.
After 21 years at Seven, where her salary reportedly rose to $500,000 a year, Sam’s agents are said to have scheduled meetings with Nine and Ten.
