Sam Thompson shares old MIC video after Jamie Laing’s wedding
Sam Thompson made his fans laugh and cry when he shared an old Made In Chelsea video that referenced the relationship between Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo.
Longtime fans of the E4 reality show will remember that before Jamie and Habs briefly there was Sophie and Sam, who were together for six months in 2018.
But that was clearly all in the past when Sam, 30, attended Sophie and Jamie’s wedding ceremony with his girlfriend Zara McDermott on Saturday.
The pair fell out over Jamie’s relationship with Sophie, as Sam stated on the show that he felt betrayed by his friend’s decision to pursue his ex-girlfriend.
Referring to the feud, Sam shared a video on Instagram on Sunday in which he yelled at Jamie that he “hoped he married Sophie” to make the betrayal worth it.

After discovering Jamie and Sophie’s romance, during an episode that aired in 2019, Sam yelled at Jamie, “You don’t even like her that much.”
To which Jamie replied, “Yes, I do!”
Sam hit back, “I wish you had married the girl, because at least it would be for something.”
The video then jumps to when Jamie and Sophie said ‘yes’ at their stunning wedding ceremony in Spain last weekend.
The camera pans to Sam looking emotional as he watches his two friends kiss after saying their vows.
Referring to the link between the two clips, Sam captioned the video, “Some things in life are just meant to be. Congratulations to both of you, and to a happily ever after.”
Sam and Jamie eventually made amends after their falling out over Sophie and the radio host started a relationship with his current girlfriend Zara, 26.

The Made In Chelsea star, 29, showed off her stunning bespoke lace dress by designer Emma Beaumont at the magical venue.
The gorgeous dress features long sleeves, padded shoulders, a corset-style top and a long, flowing train and veil, making it the perfect number to say yes to.
She looked incredible as she posed with a smart Jamie, 34, under a beautiful floral arch where they exchanged vows in front of a star-studded crowd.
Other photos showed the intricate back of the dress, before posing with all of her bridesmaids, including co-star Melissa Tattam and her sister Georgia.

The venue looked fabulous and after the sunset ceremony guests including Zara McDermott, Sam Thompson, Ollie Locke, Millie Mackintosh, Spencer Matthews and Emily Blackwell sat down for dinner.
The long tables were lavishly decorated with fresh flowers and personalized welcome notes.
Later, the party turned into a live band and dance as the couple cut their huge white wedding cake with ice cream.
The groom was joined by his gorgeous bride who wore a stylish white silk and lace cord for her second outfit of the day as they danced the night away.
Jamie filmed the live band onstage performing at the reception as their family and famous friends let their hair down.
Sophie looked like she was having a great time as she danced and sang for the band, with one of the singers leaning over to hand her the microphone at one point.
A host of famous faces danced in the audience, including MIC co-star Joshua Patterson digging up his sunglasses, as well as Jamie’s sister Emily, boyfriend Georgie Le Roux, Oliver Proudlock and Lottie Moss.
All the bridesmaids posed for a group photo in the crowd, including Sophie’s sister Georgia and friend Arabella Smith.

The couple, who married in front of their loved ones at the Chelsea Registry Office in London last month, said ‘yes’ in a grand ceremony.
The Instagram account of the couple’s NearlyWeds podcast posted a video of the guests celebrating and sweetly announced, “We did it!!!!!!”
They were joined by Spencer, who was reunited with Jamie in Spain this week after Jamie failed to invite him to his UK wedding to Sophie in London last month.
Zara posed outside the venue in a glamorous floor-length blue dress with a thigh-high slit.
The garment featured a plunging neckline and ruffles at the front and along the hem, with the star opting for a pair of silver open-toed heels.
Meanwhile, Millie, 33, wore a yellow dress with cut-out shoulders and a shimmering metallic pattern over it.
She wore a pair of shimmering silver platform heels to elevate her stature by a few inches and shielded her eyes behind dark sunglasses.
She was joined by Spencer who acted as MC at the wedding and who, like Jamie, wore a black suit and matching bow tie.
He wore a white shirt and dark sunglasses and waved to onlookers as he arrived.
