Sam Thompson shared a sweet photo with his sister Louise as he celebrated his 31st birthday with his family.
The Made In Chelsea star took to Instagram on Wednesday to celebrate the occasion, sharing how he spent the day with his older sister Louise, 33.
He shared a photo of herself smiling alongside his sister and her son Leo-Hunter, 20 months, who she shares with her partner Ryan Libbey.
In an instant, Sam was a smart figure in a white striped polo shirt and black jeans as he grinned and held up an adorable birthday message from his nephew Leo.
Louise looked casual in a white camisole and black leggings as she smiled at the camera as her son sat sweetly on her shoulders.

Alongside the photo, Sam gushed about spending time with his sister Louise on his birthday, brushing aside speculation that the siblings had fallen out.
He also shared how he wants to spend as much time with his family as possible next year while gushing about his loved ones, including girlfriend Zara McDermott.
Sam wrote, ‘It’s my birthday! Another year around the sun, and getting to spend some time with my loved ones. Leo even made me a card!
“Next year I want to spend as much time as possible with my family. I am incredibly lucky with the people I have in my life.
“It’s never failed me how much I rely on my family and friends and on Zara… and on you to be honest. I love you all.’
Louise also took to her own Instagram Stories to pay tribute to her younger brother, sharing photos of him through the years on his birthdays.
Alongside a photo of him and a birthday cake, she wrote, “Happy birthday to my little brother @samthompsonuk. May all your wishes come true.
“It’s such a shame I’m not doing anything super exciting this year, but you work like an absolute DOG automaton and I respect your need to chill.”

Listing his accomplishments, she continued, “You’ve accomplished so much…a whole house renovation, a major TV documentary, started a number one podcast, landed a full-time radio gig, worked on some of the biggest social media projects in the world.” , traveled the world, launched a sunglasses range, co-founded a technology company (to be launched), became an uncle, the list goes on.
Your work ethic is second to none. You can and will achieve anything you set your mind to. I am so proud of you.’
“Now all I want you to do when you turn 31 is enjoy the amazing life you’ve created for yourself,” she added, alongside a photo of Sam with her son Leo.
It comes after Sam and Louise were hit with speculation in recent months that they had broken up.
In May, sources told MailOnline that the siblings have “drift apart” due to Sam’s work commitments and Louise’s new life as a mother and that they don’t see each other as much anymore despite being neighbors.
The siblings have always had a close relationship, but tensions between the pair have risen in the past year, with insiders claiming that the lack of support for each other during their respective personal ventures has led to a deeper falling out.
And in May, Louise revealed that there was a family feud after she deleted an Instagram post in which she called “family feuds” while discussing what had recently contributed to her mental health struggles.

A source told MailOnline: ‘It’s no secret that Sam and Louise have grown apart in recent months.
“They don’t see each other as often as they used to, which is unreal given that they live next door to each other.
“The recent lack of communication as they embark on certain projects has created a gap they have not addressed until now.
“The family hopes it’s just a typical sibling argument, but there is concern that this could continue without being sorted out, and the longer it goes on, the harder it will be to find a solution.”
Louise revealed that a relationship had become strained in a since-deleted Instagram story where she said she was dealing with “a lot of stress,” including “health issues” and “family feuds.”
She quickly deleted the post from her profile, sharing the same image of her son Leo holding her, but with no mention of her family issues.

Louise suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and postpartum anxiety after nearly dying in childbirth with Leo, leading to serious side effects and multiple hospitalizations.
The star has shared her uphill battle overcoming panic attacks and depression with her followers, admitting that some days are harder than others as she undergoes therapy to help combat the trauma she endured over the past 18 months.
