Sunrise Meteorologist Sam Mac shows off his impressive eight-week body transformation while going shirtless on the cover of Men’s Health and reveals how you can too: “I Ditched My Daddy Body!”
Sam Mac posed shirtless on the cover of Men’s Health Australia to reveal his stunning eight-week body transformation.
The Sunrise meteorologist, 42, admitted to the publication that he used to have a “dad body”, before it was shaped with the help of celebrity trainer Jono Castano.
Over eight weeks, the TV star and father-of-one undertook a series of intense 75-minute workouts at Jono’s Steel Gym in Sydney and completely overhauled his diet.
Sam told the publication that he feels better than ever, but admitted that it was “confrontational” to look at himself and his “intuition” in the mirror before deciding to make a change.
He said that as soon as Jono looked at him and his physique, he told him that he had a ‘daddy body’.

‘I couldn’t dispute what Jono said [dad bod], because the gut was hanging out there and my skin is the same complexion as Liquid Paper. It’s not white. It’s very, very white,” she said.
“It’s hard to hide it when there’s a little flab down there. I wasn’t overweight, but I could see there was flab there. There were too many naan breads.
He added: “It was a bit confronting even for me to see it because I hadn’t really looked down for a while.”
