Sam Hunt and his wife Hannah Lee Fowler are expecting their third child together, two years after their divorce was called off.
The Hard To Forget singer, 39, shared the exciting news during a performance on Audacy’s Katie & Company podcast on Tuesday.
The country star and Fowler are already parents to daughter Lucy, two, and son Lowry – who was welcomed into the world last year.
“Both my wife and her sister have one on the way as well,” Hunt said during the recent episode. “It’s about to become a reality. I’m delighted. I can’t wait.’
Fowler’s due date is next year in May and Sam shared how the family is getting ready for the new addition, including their daughter Lucy.
‘We talk about it. We say, ‘Mommy’s got a baby coming,’ point to her belly and then she says, ‘No, we’ve got a baby coming,'” the artist humorously revealed.

Hunt later revealed his plans to take time off from touring to focus on raising their children.
“Hopefully – in the next few years – I’ll take a break from touring,” he said. “The crowds were so big, and I want to get out and tour while my kids are really young and they can come with me….”
‘Even though people are interested in visiting us, because I don’t want to take that for granted.’
Just a year earlier, in November, Sam and Hannan announced that their second child, a boy, had been born.
At the time, he uploaded a sweet family photo as he posed next to Fowler as she gently cradled the newborn in her arms.
The star flashed a cheerful smile as they held their daughter while standing outside on a wooden patio surrounded by trees.
In the caption of the post, the Outskirts hitmaker simply wrote to his fans and followers: “Thank you Lord.”
And earlier this year in June, he uploaded more family photos to social media as they visited his wife’s family.

Sam and Hannah first met in 2008 until their divorce in 2016, when he moved to Nashville to pursue his passion for music.
However, the pair soon rekindled their romance and got engaged in January 2017 – saying ‘I do’ in a romantic and intimate ceremony in Georgia in April that year.
After five years of marriage, Fowler filed for divorce from Hunt in February 2022 – accusing him of ‘adultery’ and ‘inappropriate marital conduct’.
A few months later, in April, she called off the divorce with a source who said so Entertainment tonight at the time, “Sam and Hannah are working to repair their relationship.”
“They are very excited to welcome their little girl together and focused on that. Sam has worked hard and made sure Hannah feels comfortable, safe and trusts him.”
The insider added, “He is acting protective of their relationship. He has made sure not to misinterpret things or jeopardize their relationship in any way.”
‘He is aware of how sensitive the situation is and does not want to hurt Hannah.’
Their daughter Lucy was born the following month, in May 2022, and their son was born in October 2023.

During an interview with ET last July, the singer opened up about starting a family and how parenthood has changed him.
“There were years when I maybe didn’t realize how much I should have done as a child.”
Sam continued, “And having a child forces you to do that. It changes something in your nervous system. There’s a skin I had to shed, and I did that when I had my child.”
‘It woke me up. I wouldn’t say I was sleepwalking, but I had definitely gotten into a routine after years of doing the same thing over and over again.”

Shortly before the baby news was revealed this week, Sam was busy and dropped his latest single titled Liberty.
The track was officially released earlier this month on November 1 – and he also celebrated the 10th anniversary of his debut album Montevallo last month.
