Last month, Samantha broke down in tears as she visited a slum in Uganda in an emotional Instagram post after traveling to the country with a child trafficking charity.
The former TOWIE star was visibly emotional as she also revealed she had raised more than £100,000 for Project Rescue Children, which works to end child trafficking and exploitation for all children.
Speaking to her followers, she said: ‘Most of the children here are orphans and in many cases the children have been abused before they were found.
‘This center is the best they have, but the capacity is 50 children. They don’t have room for more children, so what happens to the children and babies found?’
The money Sam raised will go towards building a new rehabilitation rescue center for babies and children in Uganda.
Sam originally pledged to raise £80,000, but the team have exceeded their target and will be able to house up to 200 children a year with food, water, clean clothing, a bed and education.
Sam explained that “Educating these children will protect them from human traffickers and help them understand themselves and others in their community and know how to protect themselves and others in their community.”

‘Home for my babies. I will spend the rest of my life doing my best and trying to help these babies and children.
‘Thank you to my followers, without you I couldn’t do this. I’m going to miss these wonderful people.”
Sam also opened up about the whole experience as she wrote: ‘Never in my life have I ever experienced a journey like this.’
