Sam Claflin made animated expressions as he filmed his upcoming Prime Video crime thriller Lazarus outside Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Manchester on Thursday.
The scowling Brit, 37, wore a chocolate brown double-breasted coat, identical to the one he wore in late March, and carried a white gift box.
Under his jacket, Sam wore a blue T-shirt with dark blue jeans, and he completed his look with smart black ankle boots.
The actor had a conversation with his co-star Roisin Gallagher, whose role in the series has not yet been announced.
Sam was first seen as Lazarus, nicknamed Laz, in February when he was filming again in Manchester.

Completing the main cast of Lazarus are Bill Nighy and Welsh actress Alexandra Roach playing Laz’s doctor father and sister respectively.
The plot follows forensic pathologist Laz who returns home after his father’s suicide and begins to have disturbing experiences that cannot be explained.
He soon becomes entangled in a series of cold-case murders as he grapples with the mystery of his father’s death and his sister’s murder 25 years ago.

The series was created by Harlan Coben and screenwriter Danny Brocklehurst, the men behind Fool Me Once, Netflix’s seventh most successful series.
Harlan wrote the book of the same name on which Fool Me Once is based, but Lazarus is an original story.
Danny said: ‘Lazarus is a psychological thriller with an emotional backbone. It’s about fathers and sons, love and loss. We tried to bring our signature humor, warmth and twists in abundance.

Sam is currently dating Cassie Amato, 29, best known as Leonardo DiCaprio’s ex-girlfriend
“This is the first collaboration the Quay Street team, Harlan and I have made with Amazon and we are excited to be working with them.”
Nicola Shindler and Richard Fee will executive produce through Quay Street Productions, part of ITV Studios.
Wayne Che Yip will produce and direct the first two episodes, while Matt Strevens will also produce.
Quay Street Productions and Amazon MGM Studios are producing in association with Coben’s Final Twist Productions.
