The happy couple, who are expecting their first child together, have enjoyed a long friendship and Lucy shared an adorable photo of them together as teenagers.
The pregnant fashion designer posted on Instagram a grainy photo of her and 34-year-old Sam, which was taken 18 years ago.
They look unrecognizable in the early 1990s as they both pose and smile for the camera.

Friends and fans of the couple flocked to the comments section to share their disbelief that the throwback photo was taken nearly 20 years ago.

Three weeks ago, the retired NRL player confirmed that he and Lucy are expecting their first baby together.
In a statement to Daily Mail Australia, he said: “We are so excited and happy to be starting this new chapter together…Have a nice day.”

Sam found love with Lucy after a series of flings that followed his acrimonious breakup with Phoebe in January 2019.
