Haunting footage emerges of Sam ‘The Punisher’ Abdulrahim’s underworld rival taunting him in the lead up to his execution – as his long list of enemies is revealed

A killed bikie was taunted by a gangland enemy in a horrifying phone call prior to his death.

Sam ‘The Punisher’ Abdulrahim, 32, spent six months hiding before he was shot down on Tuesday morning outside the Quest Hotel of Preston in Melbourne in northern Melbourne.

Detectives investigate a long list of the enemies of the gangster that kick boxer turns, with two bikie gangs, powerful Middle Eastern crime syndicates and a series of feared underworld figures.

The images, taken at an unknown time, showed Underworld Kingpin Kazem ‘Kaz’ Hamad Die Abdulrahim mocked over the phone while they traveled in a car.

Hamad, who was deported to Iraq in mid-2023 after the prison sentence for drug trafficking, is probably probably starting the ‘tobacco wars’ and runs a powerful criminal network in Melbourne from the Middle East.

“Hey, I’m still alive, brother. Eight shots later and I still live, “Abdulrahim put on on the phone.

Hamad replied: ‘You are lucky. Happiness, Happiness, Happiness’.

The eight shots that Abdulrahim mentioned refer to the attempted hit that was performed in June 2022 at the funeral of his cousin.

Abdulrahim traveled in a row of cars that Fawner left Cemetery when he was shot eight times, including in the chest.

The attempted hit was followed by another attack, with his parents’ house in a hail of 17 bullets.

The last shooting forced Abdulrahim to move to the suburbs of Melbourne, where he started to hide in various property and rental.

He also fled temporarily abroad in Bali, Thailand and Malaysia.

After six months in hiding, however, declining funds forced Abdulrahim to return to the city. He was killed less than a day later.

During the call, a man who drove in the car warned with Hamad Abdulrahim that he was being watched.

‘You can’t protect yourself, my brother. I’m going to stand over you, “he said.

Abdulrahim replied: ‘I can protect myself. None of your boys can be seen somewhere here. ‘

Abdulrahim and Hamad also discussed the extortion prizes that had to be imposed on Victorian tobacco stores during the call.

Hamad, who has maintained an iron fist about the illegal tobacco trade of Victoria from the Middle East, said Abdulrahim: “You offer two Grand a week and a hundred Grand.”

Abdulrahim replied: ‘You have too much, give me some money. I let you open in Melbourne. I will protect them for you. ‘

Hamad, laughing, shot back: “I’m doing it hard.”

On Tuesday, Abdulrahim remained behind a puddle of blood for his traumatized girlfriend while his murderers escaped in a Porsche outing, later burned a few kilometers further.

No fewer than 18 attacks were carried out against Abdulrahim and his employees prior to his murder.

He had been the target of three murder contracts, a prison berries, three attacks, a dozen fire bomb attacks and seven shootings.

Abdulrahim had many powerful gangland enemies – including Kazem Hamad and his closest employee Ahmed Al Hamza, as well as the Mongols and Comanchero Motorcycle Gangs.

Three other Kingpins probably out for Abdulrahim’s Blood – Nabil Maghnie, Gavin Preston and Kadir ‘KD’ ORS – who have all passed.
