Instead, she attributes her youthful appearance to her love of “meditation” and “frequency machines.” Salma added, “I know what it is.”
“Because of a lot of things in my body and health issues, I somehow developed this strange meditation that I continue to develop,” she continued.
“I can do it for hours because you don’t have time for it, and it’s so much fun.”
Salma explained that she doesn’t follow an exact protocol when meditating: ‘It’s basically feeling the energy.
“And it moves and dances inside you, different feelings and sensations.”
“So I do a lot of the frequency machines and they work better for me than anyone else,” she admitted.
“And just the meditation… sometimes when I do it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ‘Oh my God, you look 20 years old again.’
Salma described the types of machines she thinks work best, including radio and microfrequency to keep her skin tight. The mother of one even noted, “The people who do the machines say the results I get, they don’t get with other people.”
