Olympian Sally Pearson, 36, reveals her intense rehearsal schedule for Dancing With The Stars just months after welcoming her second child

Olympic track athlete Sally Pearson has lifted her intense rehearsal schedule before taking part in Seven Network’s Dancing With The Stars Australia.

The 36-year-old hurdler, who welcomed her second child, a son named Harry, in August, told the Adelaide advertiser on Sundays that she hones her dancing skills for six hours a day, Monday through Friday.

“We had so much to learn and if you didn’t we’d look a little silly on stage,” she explained.

Sally also said the huge effort was well worth it as she had dreamed of taking part in Dancing With The Stars for years.

“I know when the show first came out I remember I would love to be on that show one day. I was a big fan of it. So it’s kind of like living my childhood dream,” she said.
