Salesforce is launching its first-ever AI center to help tackle the ‘AI revolution’
Salesforce has announced the opening of its first dedicated AI center as it looks to meet rising customer demand for the technology.
The facility, located in London’s Blue Fin building in the UK, will act as a central hub for the company’s efforts to drive collaboration and development when it comes to AI tools.
In 2023, the company committed $4 billion to Britain and Ireland over five years, with the launch of the center on June 18 being the first step on this journey, with the company’s Salesforce Ventures arm also more than invested $200 million in British companies.

Speaking at the Salesforce World Tour London, Zahra Bahrololoumi, CEO of UK&I, noted that the move recognized the city’s status as “one of the most relevant AI cities in the world”.
“We companies must ensure that we introduce technology that is trusted, secure and inclusive,” Bahrololoumi noted in her keynote speech.
“We are in the middle of an AI revolution, and it is changing everything. It will change the way we interact with our customers, and it will change the way we run our businesses.”
“AI will transform businesses, helping companies solve their most complex challenges, such as empowering their workforce with skills to increase productivity, drive higher margins and, crucially, better customer relationships.”
“We’re not going to adopt AI unless we can trust it – and our customers aren’t going to adopt AI unless they can trust it… but Salesforce is absolutely built for this moment, it feels like everything we’ve done over the last 25 years has brought us to this moment.”
