Shumski, dressed in a black suit and white shirt, appeared at Sale Magistrates’ Court on Monday via video link from the holding cells of Morwell Police Station.
He should have appeared in court on Tuesday over the alleged gun violations, which are now expected to be consolidated in his next trial in August.
While the circumstances of those crimes remain unknown, magistrate Julie O’Donnell agreed to immediately revoke his bail.
Shumski’s attorney John Sullivan did not contest the decision and did not file any further bail applications.
“If I could, I would,” he told the magistrate.
The court heard that Shumski had never spent a day behind bars to date and that he had no ailments that could affect him while he was caged awaiting justice.
The circumstances surrounding Mr Allen’s tragic death were not revealed in court.
Daily Mail Australia learned that Shumski was a wannabe musician and photographer, who posted music videos online under the stage name NP Benzey.
Some of Shumski’s lyrics deal with traditional teen angst, such as lost love, drugs, and violence.
“You know I only do drugs. I constantly feel alone. I wish someone would come, let me know. ‘Everything will be fine, be strong’, he sings on his track ‘Love Deep’.
In another song, titled “Memories,” Shumski sings about becoming famous.
‘I have thought about it. What I want to do next. I have thought about it. My face on the big screen. My life as a movie. Make these big moves in the stand with scooby. Lying back with a rack rolling up a dub,” he sang.

Mr Allen, his wife Bek and three others were reportedly outside the pub when they were approached by Shumski, who had been a complete stranger to them.

Despite desperate efforts to resuscitate Mr Allen while he waited for paramedics to arrive, he could not be saved.
