Sainsbury’s and Just Eat team up for fast service: Duo delivers groceries in less than half an hour
Sainsbury’s has teamed up with Just Eat to deliver groceries within half an hour.
The UK’s second largest supermarket will roll out the service in 175 of its stores by the end of February.
It gives Just Eat users access to more than 3,000 products, including milk, fresh fruits and vegetables, and household items.

The closure comes amid a booming demand for fast grocery delivery.
A slew of companies, including Gorillas, Getir, and Zapp, have popped up offerings to deliver thousands of products to shoppers in under ten minutes.

Sainsbury’s is also available on Deliveroo and Uber Eats and has its own Chop Chop service, offering one-hour delivery.
Siobhan McMullan, online sales director at Sainsbury’s, said: “We’re always looking for more ways to make our customers’ lives easier.”
The partnership will initially be available in London, Edinburgh and Bristol, with plans to reach “many more” cities by the end of the year.
