Saffron Barker reveals her brother Casey was rushed to hospital after suffering major heart attack

Saffron Barker has revealed that her brother Casey was rushed to hospital on Thursday after suffering a major heart attack.

The 22-year-old Strictly Come Dancing star took to her Instagram Stories to let her fans know and ask them to send Casey well wishes.

Casey, a father of three who is also a social media star, later took to his own Stories to update his followers to reveal that he was now back home and on the mend.

Saffron shared a photo of her older brother lying in his hospital bed, tossing up a peace sign.

She wrote: ‘Rest big brother. Send all your love to Casey Barker, she had a major heart attack yesterday, we are so lucky she is still here with us. I love you Case.

Meanwhile, Casey wrote: “Not the way I/hoped to end 2022, but I’m thankful to get to see 2023.”

Get better soon! The Strictly Come Dancing star, 22, took to her Instagram Stories to let fans know about her and ask them to send Casey well wishes (Saffron and Casey pictured in July).

“Yesterday I had a heart attack while at home with Nicole and the kids, I rushed to the hospital and got there just in time to prevent it from being fatal.”

He added: “I feel much better and resting in the hospital.”

He later took to his Instagram again to reveal that he had been discharged and was reunited with his two-month-old daughter Remi.

Casey wrote: ‘Home and reunited with my baby.’

Near fatal: Father of three, who is also a social media star, Casey later took to his own Stories to update his followers to reveal that he had made it to the hospital just in time and was now home and recovering .

He then shared a photo of himself with his two other children, Harlow and Lake, writing at the top: “And my big babies just got back from their New Year’s Eve party.”

He also took the time to thank his followers for the messages of support, writing: ‘Absolutely overwhelmed with all the well wishes.

‘Thank you very much, I have tried to answer as many as possible, but there are so many.

“I’m reading them all and all your positive energy is really getting me through it all.”
