Sadio Mane appears to have formed a fast bond with new team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo, with the former Liverpool man congratulating him on Instagram following his crucial goal on his debut for Al-Nassr.
Mane made his first appearance for Saudi Arabia coming off the bench with the team desperate for a goal to progress to the quarter-finals of the Arab Club Champions Cup.
And they got the goal they needed in the dying minutes as Ronaldo came high in a signature header.
Mane was clearly enjoying his first encounter with the football icon as he shared a photo with his arm around him during the match.
“Congratulations on your goal big man @cristiano!!!” he wrote alongside the image.

‘On to the next round. thanks @alnassr fans the support has been great.’
A draw in the Kingdom meant Al-Nassr retained second spot in Group C and qualified for the next stage of the competition.
Al-Nassr confirmed Mane’s £34 million signing earlier this week, ending the Senegalese star’s disastrous spell at Bayern Munich.
The striker only moved to Bayern for £35m last year but struggled to establish himself in Germany, scoring just 12 goals for the club, while also having a high-profile feud with teammate Leroy Sane.

Things came to a head for the Senegalese star after he punched his then team-mate Sane in the dressing room following their side’s Champions League defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad.
Mane is the latest signing for the Saudi Pro League’s big bucks after an efficient summer transfer window that saw a number of high-profile signings enticed to the Kingdom.
