The porn star explained that since leaving the X-rated industry, she has seen it evolve, as she detailed her reasons for quitting 15 years ago.
She told DailyMail.com that the porn world was previously “concentrated in one part of the world, like Los Angeles,” with a few other options in Florida in Europe.
“You really have to be in LA to make a name for yourself and make your bread and butter. ‘
However, Sadie wanted to spend more time on her other passions, such as skiing and mountain biking.
‘I was at a point in my life where I was really interested in skiing, sports and traveling around the mountains. I found it limiting having to make sure I was close to Los Angeles, and I just needed something else to pursue at the time.
“I moved back to Whistler, Canada, and started studying nursing as a means to ski more often,” the 38-year-old explained.
Although she was happy to have more time for her hobbies, Sadie missed the raunchy world she once played in.
‘I wouldn’t say so retired. I just kind of walked away. I knew that if I had a tragic car accident and it seemed like I wouldn’t be able to make any more films, I could still be a nurse. So I really wanted to have that piece of paper that no one could take away from me,” she said.
Sadie’s “very long break” has taught her what to value in life and has even boosted her self-confidence.

The blonde beauty worked in home and community care, where she specialized in helping seniors spend the rest of their days at home instead of sending them to a care facility.

Sadie saw many people die of regret during her time as a nurse, and she realized she didn’t want to end up the same way.
“They all wish they had more free time to spend with their families,” she said.
She explained that she didn’t want to work all her life instead of spending time with her family.
Sadie said, “Almost 99 percent of people wish they had done life differently. And I think, “Why do I limit myself to societal norms?”
‘I love sex work. I’m not ashamed of it. So let’s try something new that will allow me to spend more free time with my family.’
When she left nursing, she received no response from her colleagues, adding that they were all “silent.”
She explained that she didn’t want to work “55 hours” her entire life instead of spending time with her family

Sadie revealed that while she is ‘nostalgic’ for what the industry used to be like, she feels it is much ‘healthier’ now.
Sadie said she still does some nursing work, but she hopes to stay in the porn industry as long as possible.
