Sabrina Carpenter was thrilled when Adele revealed she’s a big fan of her music during a performance during her Las Vegas residency on Sunday.
The 16-time Grammy Award winner, 36, took a break from her setlist to speak to the crowd and heaped praise on 25-year-old Sabrina.
She explained how she was returning to her hotel late after one of her shows and found herself singing the lyrics to Sabrina’s hit Espresso.
While sitting on a piano stool on stage, Adele broke into the catchy tune and shouted, “It’s my jam.”
The Hello singer said: “When I got into bed last night because [it] was a very late night for me, I found myself singing, “I work late ’cause I’m a singer”, that Sabrina Carpenter song – that song is my jam!

The former Disney actress, who opened for Taylor Swift in Latin America, Asia and Australia during her Eras Tour in Latin America, Asia and Australia, couldn’t believe the news and quickly retweeted an article sharing the moment.

The Nonsense singer also reshared a clip on her Instagram, writing: “Um guys can someone check on me.”

It comes after Sabrina opened up about her ‘fun’ and ‘messy’ love life last week as she gave insight into her romance with Barry Keoghan.
The singer and the Saltburn actor, 31, first started dating in December but made their red carpet debut at the Met Gala earlier this month.
Sabrina has now said that she “really connects with people who are in touch with their emotions,” as she discussed her romance with Cosmopolitan magazine.
When it comes to dating, Sabrina said, “For me, a lot of it has been fate. I know this is super broad, but I’m not actively looking for it.
‘The relationships I actually want to put my energy into have to be so interesting or stimulating because they take me away from the other things I love. So yeah, it’s fun and messy.”
The Espresso singer revealed that she is “attracted” to someone who will be her “best friend” and can bring a lot of “energy and humor” to a relationship.
Discussing her type, Sabrina added, “I’m super attracted to a lot of the things I look for in friends because I want to be with someone who will become one of my best friends. So a lot of it is energy, humor and sincerity. I will say that I have always connected more with people who are really in touch with their emotions.”
Sabrina was first linked to Barry last September, but they didn’t make their first public appearance together until December.

Earlier this week, Barry threw Sabrina a lavish 25th birthday party, complete with a hilarious meme birthday cake from Leonardo Dicaprio.
The singer enjoyed a party hosted by the Saltburn actor at the DUMBO House in Brooklyn with 100 of her friends.
Barry has also supported Sabrina at some of her performances, including her first at the Coachella music festival.
Barry was previously in a relationship with Alyson Kierans, with whom he welcomed a son named Brando in August 2022. It is believed the couple split in the summer of last year.
When Barry was asked about the split to GQ early this year, all he said was that Alyson “has done a great job and she’s a great mom.”
Sabrina, meanwhile, saw her dating life become a hot topic in the summer of 2020, when she was rumored to be in a love triangle with Joshua Bassett and his High School Musical: The Musical: The Series co-star Olivia Rodrigo.
The following year, Olivia added fuel to the fire by releasing her runaway hit single Driver’s License, which was widely believed to be about Joshua and Sabrina.
‘And you’re probably with that blonde girl who always made me doubt myself. She’s so much older than me,” sang Olivia, who is almost four years younger than Sabrina.
In the meantime, Sabrina has been linked on various levels to names like pop act Shawn Mendes, Teen Wolf actor Dylan O’Brien and YouTuber David Dobrik.
