Jo O’Meara has shared a rare glimpse of her teenage son Lenny, after joking that he “put her to the test” during a grueling workout.
The S Club star, 44, took to Instagram to share a split photo of herself and her son, 15, as she prepared to reunite with the beloved 90s band for a UK tour.
Jo struggled to keep up with her son and seemed visibly exhausted after the practice session with him.
She captioned the post: “We call it Wednesday workout lol… How did my Lenny turn into a man so fast!
‘He’s testing me to the limit to get me ready for a tour! Not for long…. I hope you all have a great week.’

Jo shares Lenny with her ex Bill Slater, with whom she had a relationship for two years, she said People at the time of their divorce in 2008: ‘Even though I am a single mother, I have my family and friends and the father will be involved.
She continued, “I think we made the right decision. If you stay in something you’re not happy with, it’s not good for the baby.”
“He’ll be loved by both his parents, and he won’t see us argue or quarrel.”
Jo will reunite with S Club 7 bandmates Rachel Stevens, 45, Jon Lee, 41, Bradley McIntosh, 41, and Tina Barrett, 46, for their upcoming reunion tour.
In July, the group revealed they had returned to the studio as a five-piece for the first time and took the opportunity to pay tribute by mail to the late band member Paul Cattermole following his tragic death in April at the age of 46.
However, they didn’t mention 42-year-old Hannah Spearritt, who dated Paul in the early 2000s and suddenly left the group after his passing.
The video featured the pop stars, who have since renamed themselves S Club, practicing their vocals and appearing to be recording new music.
They were clearly in their element as they took to the microphone and seemed elated to be back together.

The friends shared hugs and kisses during the fun recording session and even enjoyed a little dance.
At one point, Rachel, who was a chic figure in a striped sweater, jokingly threw a script over her shoulder for seemingly making a mistake.
Meanwhile, Jon shared a hug with Jo after he put down his singing, before joining Bradley on the couch as they giggled as they watched something on a laptop.
Bradley later put his arm around Rachel before kissing Tina on the cheek as she appeared to be heading home.
They captioned the message, “I miss you every day, Paul. I always think of you and create great new memories in your honor.”

It comes after Hannah gave her first career update following the tragic death of her ex-boyfriend and bandmate Paul.
The singer shared the news on Instagram last week, telling her followers what to expect in the coming months.
Hannah exclaimed that she was “over the moon” when she announced the release of her memoir, which would provide insight into her “personal story” and life in S Club.
