Hannah Spirit has revealed how an undercover breast job in 2013 was the “worst mistake” of her life.
The former S Club 7 singer, now 42, said she ‘didn’t recognize herself’ before the surgery was reversed in 2016.
In a new interview with Sunshe detailed the symptoms she struggled with after surgery at the top Harley Street clinic.
Hannah, who paid £7,000 for the breast job, said: “I took so many different drugs. When I look back at that time, I just don’t recognize myself.
‘I would sleep for hours or have panic attacks out of nowhere.’

“My reality was sometimes worse than the death penalty because I didn’t know if it would ever end.”
“There were times when I thought about ending it all.”
Hannah became dependent on strong painkillers to ease the pain, but was later sent to rehab.
Hannah revealed the reason she got the breast job was because of the pressure of pop stardom.
S Club 7 rose to fame after releasing their anthem Bring It All Back in 1999. They have recorded four studio albums, released 11 singles and sold over 10 million albums worldwide.
The star admitted that she constantly struggled with posing next to the other female members of the band “with their curves” for men’s magazines.
After going through a traumatic experience and undergoing surgery, Hannah is now completely confident in herself and her body.
She recently admitted she doesn’t know if she’ll ever sing with S Club again after pulling out of a reunion tour following the death of Paul Cattermole.
The singer, 42, left the newly reunited band’s tour in May just weeks after her bandmate and ex-boyfriend Paul tragically died.
Paul was found dead at the age of 46 on April 6 at his home in Dorset, with no suspicious circumstances surrounding his sudden death.
Now Hannah has opened up about how ‘everything’ changed for her after Paul’s death and gave her time to think about whether returning to the band was the right thing to do.

Family: Hannah said she had panic attacks before leaving the tour and said it was the right thing to do for her, her partner Adam Thomas and their children Theo, four, and Thor, two
She admitted she doesn’t know if she’ll ever rejoin S Club on stage after leaving the newly reunited band’s tour in May.
Hannah told The Sun: “Will I ever perform with them again? I just don’t know, I’m glad the tour is still going on and the songs will live on, but now I’m looking forward, not back.’
She also revealed she had ‘panic attacks’ before leaving the tour as she spoke about how her health was suffering at the time.
“I haven’t been in the best of health — I have a compromised immune system and stress makes it worse,” she continued.
“My body just couldn’t handle everything that was happening.” I wasn’t myself, I was having these panic attacks, I was suffering from really bad dizziness and I was tired all the time.’
Hannah said her health was affecting her children – Theo, 4, and Tora, 2, who she shares with Adam Thomas – as she didn’t have the energy to do anything with them.
She explained that after Paul’s death, she realized she couldn’t rejoin the S Club on tour, admitting that ‘it just didn’t feel right’.
Hannah apologized to S Club fans for not choosing to leave, but said she had to do what was best for herself and her family.

Her bandmates Rachel Stevens, 45, John Lee, 41, Bradley McIntosh, 42, Joe O’Meara, 44, and Tina Barrett, 47, will kick off the S Club tour – which is dedicated to Paul – on October 12.
Hannah claimed she had not been in touch with her former bandmates since leaving the band, admitting she was sad that she hadn’t, but insisted she wished them “all the best”.
Looking to the future, Hannah is now joining the Dancing On Ice cast and preparing to release her book Facing the Music next week.
Hannah pulled out of the tour earlier this year, and her bandmates confirmed the news in a video where they also paid tribute to Paul following his death.
