Ryan Reynolds recently talked about working with his wife Blake Lively on his record-breaking film Deadpool & Wolverine.
The 47-year-old actor appeared on the podcast Not skinny but not fat either and was asked about the identity of the actor who played Lady Deadpool.
“I slept with her,” he joked in a response that revealed his wife Blake was the one playing the mysterious new role. “I’m not saying she enjoys sleeping with her, I’m just saying I did,” he added playfully.
“So you probably knew right away that you were going to have her?” Amanda asked.
“Yeah, it was one of those things where you think, ‘Well, why not?’ I mean, just do it, of course. I mean, we’re all in this together. Let’s go wild,” he replied.

He confirmed that the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star loved the experience.
Reynolds, who has four children with his wife, enthused, “She’s one of the funniest people I know.”
Before confirming her role in the film, the Gossip Girl alum announced the news by arriving at the New York City premiere in a custom red Versace jumpsuit, which she later dubbed “LadyPool couture.”
When the film premiered on July 26, she told her social media followers how the character came about.
She wrote: ‘In 2010 @robliefeld first drew an unmasked Lady Deadpool. The @deadpoolmovie wasn’t real. And Rob had no idea I was working with @vancityreynolds.’
Blake was active on Instagram this past weekend, where she shared a fun fashion moment as she promoted her upcoming drama series It Ends With Us.
The star, who recently launched a haircare line, wore patterned Chanel jeans and a matching short-sleeved shirt.
She addressed her 45.2 million followers with the caption: ‘Blue jeans baby. NY lady. @itendswithusmovie AUG 9.’

Ryan and Blake married on September 9, 2012, and have four children together: daughters James, nine, Inez and Betty, four, and son Olin, one.
