The couple welcomed their newest addition last year but have yet to reveal the name of their bundle, prompting Savannah Guthrie to ask Reynolds if their child’s name was revealed in Swift’s latest album.
“We always wait for Taylor to tell us the kid’s name,” 47-year-old Ryan joked Todayand added, “And I will say this: We’re still waiting.”
‘She is a prolific writer. I mean, what are we doing here? And ‘lazy’ is not a word I would attach to Taylor,” he added humorously.

Swift previously confirmed that Blake and Ryan allowed her to reveal their third child’s name in her 2020 song Betty.
The couple welcomed their third child, daughter Betty, in 2019.
“I named all the characters in this story after my friend’s children, and I hope you like it!” she said at the time, after fans first noticed she was using the names of the beloved Hollywood couple’s eldest daughters, James and Inez.
Reynolds and Lively welcomed baby number four in February 2023.
A source said this at the time American weekly: “Blake and Ryan knew this would be quite a transition growing their family to six, but they are all adjusting wonderfully. It’s a very happy time for all of them.’
Later that year, Reynolds related Additional that he was absolutely “thrilled” and “couldn’t be happier.”
Moreover, he told ET Canada that ‘three to four’ was less of a jump than the transition from two to three children.
“I can’t speak for my wife, but it’s just what I observed. But we love it. You know, we’d be idiots to do this again if we didn’t love it,” he said
