His death was announced by his nephew Patrick.

My dad’s brother Kevin O’Neal passed away on Saturday morning (01/28/23). My uncle passed while he was sleeping and did not suffer for which we are grateful,” he wrote in an Instagram caption accompanying some flashback photos of Kevin with Ryan.

“Kevin had a wicked sense of humor, just like his older brother, and we have his stories to keep him in our hearts forever,” added Patrick.
