Ryan Murphy has reached a milestone in his career as two of his projects have risen to the top spots on Netflix.
Starting Friday, the limited TV series Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story and the movie Mr. Harrigan’s Phone both number one on the streaming giant, according to Deadline.
The former has fascinated audiences since September 21, and the latter debuted earlier this week on October 5.

This is believed to be the first time a creator has held the top two slots at the same time.
The streamer released worldwide results weekly, announcing that both Murphy-produced titles were number one in 60 countries as of Friday.
Murphy will have to wait until Tuesday to make sure that Mr. Harrigan’s Phone will hold the number one spot for the week.
Shawn Levy’s The Adam Project and Stranger Things 4 also both hit number one, but not at the same time, which made Murphy’s achievement all the more remarkable.

Ryan is currently in his third year of his deal with Netflix.
To date, he has already produced two other limited series, Hollywood and Halston, as well as two musicals, The Prom and The Boys In the Band.
Dahmer, a show about one of America’s most infamous cannibal serial killers, is on track to become Netflix’s second most popular English-language TV series of all time.
Starring Evan Peters as the serial killer known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, the show has been at number one on the English-language TV charts since its release and is also the second most-watched English-language series in a week ever, only beat out by season 4 of Stranger Things.

in mr. Harrigan’s Phone stars Jaeden Martell as the lead character Craig, who befriended an elderly billionaire named John Harrigan.
The horror film takes a turn when Harrigan dies and Craig realizes that he can communicate with him from beyond the grave via a cell phone.
The feature film is written and directed by John Lee Hancock and is based on the Stephen King story.
