He can currently be seen filming the science fiction film Project Hail Mary in the capital, in which he plays Ryland Grace, a science teacher turned astronaut.
A source said: ‘Ryan and Eva would certainly add an A-list element to an already affluent neighbourhood.
‘The couple have several property contacts who they use to find the perfect place, and they have a budget of more than £10 million.’
This comes after Ryan revealed earlier this year that his children are not impressed by their parents’ movie star status.
The 43-year-old Oscar nominee confessed to PEOPLE that his two daughters “don’t care” about his films and recall a time when their children asked to fast-forward to one of Eva’s roles, even though the actress starred in one of their favorite series.

“Eva was in an episode of Bluey. We both thought it was going to be big,” he explained.
