The lingerie model, 36, showed off her growing baby bump as she wore a fuchsia tracksuit from Rotate Sunday, teamed with cozy trainers.
Zara made a fashion statement with a beige Loewe tote bag and was seen carrying many bags, including one from Pixie, as she made her way to the car.
The blonde bombshell appeared to be stocking up on new baby clothes and supplies as she prepared to welcome her second child.
Zara and the retired Manchester United footballer, 50, who have been dating since 2021, announced in April that they are expecting their first child together.

Ryan already has two children, a son, Zach, 17, and a daughter, Libby, 19, from his 10-year marriage to Stacey Cooke.
Zara also has a daughter from a previous marriage.
Insiders claim Ryan’s ex-wife Stacey – who divorced him in 2017 – also gave her and their children the blessing.
