Ryan Garcia has reached a settlement with the New York State Athletic Commission over his recent failed drug tests.

After moving almost four pounds over the super lightweight limit, Garcia produced the best performance of his career to date to gain the upper hand over Haney, who he dropped to the canvas three times en route to a points victory.
