Ryan Garcia posts chilling final tweet before vow of silence until after his Devin Haney fight in New York tonight – following months of erratic and disturbing behavior

Ryan Garcia tweeted one last time ahead of his highly anticipated fight with Devin Haney on Saturday night, telling fans not to be afraid of what he does in the ring.

Garcia, 25, tweeted three times Saturday morning, saying, “Don’t be afraid of what you’re going through tonight.

“I’m not talking about doing anything to get DQ’d. Pure boxing. This is war.

“KILL OR KILL NOTHING ELSE. See you at the fights. This would be an event like nothing you have ever seen before. The next tweet will come shortly after the fight.”

Garcia has previously broken promises to either stop tweeting altogether or only post about boxing ahead of Saturday night’s fight in Brooklyn.

On Friday he weighed 3.2 pounds over the limit for his fight, meaning he had to pay Haney $1.5 million after betting $500,000 on his rival for every pound he weighed.

It marks months of continued erratic behavior from Garcia, which may lead to him thinking he needs to be saved from himself and pulled out of the fight.

Demonic possession, UFOs and Garcia’s divorce from the mother of his newborn son are just some of the topics he has touched on on social media since early March, when he first set off alarm bells by claiming he died with a severed throat.

Others have wondered if this is all part of an extremely elaborate act by Garcia to upset his opponent Haney, the favorite to win Saturday’s fight.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.Com this week, Haney insisted he did not feel distracted by his rival.

“I don’t look at it that deeply,” he said of Garcia’s behavior. “I let him do what he wants and just keep focusing on me.

“Keep preparing, keep my blinders on, keep the tunnel vision going and let him do what he wants.

‘I don’t see it as an advantage or a disadvantage. Ryan Garcia is just another opponent for me, he’s just another person on my resume. And no matter what he does, it won’t change the outcome of the fight.

‘I don’t care about him at all. He’s done a lot of things during this build-up and I’ve lost a lot of respect for him.”
