Controversial boxer Ryan Garcia posed for a photo with Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. during his current holiday in Saudi Arabia.

Garcia is the Middle Eastern country for the heavyweight prizefight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk, where an undisputed heavyweight champion will be determined.

A day before the main event, Garcia attended the Saudi Pro League match between Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal.

On the field of the match he met Ronaldo Jr. and took a photo with him. Garcia is wearing an Al-Nassr jersey in the photo.

Garcia’s performance comes less than a month after his controversial win over Devin Haney in a super lightweight title fight.

Ronaldo has been playing for Al-Nassr since his fallout with Manchester United at the end of 2022

Garcia defeated Haney last month in a super-lightweight bout with much controversy

More than a week after his victory over Haney, Garcia reportedly tested positive for the drug Ostarine the day before his victory.

Garcia denies taking the performance-enhancing drug and insisted on being tested for it again.

Haney’s title was not on the line in the fight due to Garcia missing weight, but he did end Haney’s undefeated streak and started his career with 31 wins.

Earlier this week, Haney petitioned the New York State Athletic Commission to overturn the outcome of his fight with Garcia because of the positive test.

Haney’s attorney argued that Garcia had an unfair advantage in the fight due to the lack of weight in addition to the possible use of a performance-enhancing drug.

Al-Nassr scored in the first minute of the match against Al-Hilal, but settled for a draw and the equalizer was scored against them in the 100th minute.

Haney will likely be ringside for Fury’s first title defense in almost 18 months.

The Usyk-Fury winner will become the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 2000.
