In a series of tweets, troubled boxer Ryan Garcia declared himself ‘free’ on Tuesday afternoon following an arrest in Los Angeles.
Garcia was led from the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Beverly Hills after allegedly damaging about $15,000 worth of property.
The boxer even launched a campaign to ‘free’ him, despite claims he was released from prison on Monday.
On Twitter, Garcia posted a series of messages saying he was out of jail – which he described as “three days in hell.”
‘I’m FREEEE. I have a lot to say soon, an official statement. God bless you all RG BACK,” Garcia said in the first of a series of messages.

The rest of the series goes like this: ‘3 days in hell is no joke. I was given medication and I kept my mind intact. THANK THE LORD.
“I also want to say that as I move forward, I will be a better example and take much better care of myself. I will always be myself and pursue evil. But I will become a better example. Praise the Lord Jesus.
‘I want to thank everyone for the prayers and everyone who gave me good energy. Kept me strong in their fight, there will be many more fights ahead. But we learned a lot of lessons from this and I learned a lot from this. Praise the Lord.’
It’s unclear whether these tweets are a celebration of him getting out of prison or an indication that charges against him have been dropped.

The 25-year-old, who tested positive for PEDs following his victory over Devin Haney in April, then compared himself to Donald Trump and Britney Spears following his arrest this weekend.
“It’s kind of funny that both Trump and I are in jail,” he said. “I don’t know if he’s in jail, but I know he’s been convicted. This sucks, but I love Jesus, I’m going to be okay.”

In a separate post, Garcia also wrote, “I feel like I’m Ryan Spears. Also known as Britney Spears. This sucks. I never hurt anyone. I just loved and prayed for everyone. And try to bring change in this cruel world. I love you Christ Jesus Amen.”
Garcia defeated Haney earlier this year, albeit after gaining almost four pounds overweight, but his erratic behavior in the lead-up led many to question whether he was mentally stable enough to fight.
Then it turned out after his victory that he had tested positive for the banned substance Ostarine the day before and the day of the fight. His requested B sample also came back positive.
However, his team claims that the B sample results prove their man is innocent, insisting that he is simply a victim of supplement contamination.
TMZ reported last week that Garcia was subjected to a welfare check by police at the same hotel after receiving a call from a concerned family member.
Officers apparently determined that he was doing well and that was the end of the case.
