Ryan Gallagher makes big announcement after sparking engagement rumours with swimmer Emily Seebohm

Ryan Gallagher has been in the headlines recently after going Instagram official with Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm.

And on Thursday, the 34-year-old reality star announced that he is expanding his career by becoming an ambassador for the equestrian sports company Twilight Beach Polo.

The Married At First Sight hunk shared two gorgeous photos on Instagram of him and Emily practicing their horseback riding skills on a picturesque Sydney beach.

One photo shows Emily, 30, sitting on horseback with a polo mallet in hand as a happy-looking Ryan tenderly strokes the steed’s face.

He captioned the photo sharing the good news: “Excited to be an ambassador for @twilightbeachpolo on February 4, 2023. Hope to see you there.”

It didn’t take long for many of his famous friends to congratulate him on landing the coveted gig.

His girlfriend Emily gushed: “I can’t wait to be there with you,” while Bondi Rescue star Dean Gladstone wrote: “I’d pay to see you on a horse playing polo.”

Ryan and Emily’s romance has been going strong after the couple went Instagram official this month.

Emily told The Herald Sun on Tuesday: ‘Ryan is a gentleman and the kindest person I have ever met. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.’

The couple told the newspaper they kept their romance under wraps for months because “we weren’t supposed to say anything” due to appearing on The Challenge together.

The lovebirds were recently overheard discussing wedding plans, according to a new report.

Emily was said to have sported a ring on her engagement finger on a night out in Melbourne on Tuesday.

Guests at one event “overheard the couple discussing wedding plans next year,” The Herald Sun reported.
