But West End star Ruthie Henshall debuted long, luscious locks on Monday and said both her “hair and her confidence” had returned after feeling “unladylike” without it.
Taking to Instagram, the 55-year-old singer smiled for the camera as she shared a plethora of snaps from her lounge chair.

Ruthie looked stunning with her highlighted locks styled in loose curls that fell to her shoulders.
The actress couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she appeared to have extensions added to her growing hair.
She captioned the snaps: ‘He’s back! I woke up this morning and all my hair had grown back… Thank you so much Lucy for giving me back my hair and confidence! It’s amazing how unladylike I’ve felt without it! A few months of glory’.

The mistake occurred when Ruthie had tried to recapture her youth by once again adopting the eighties hairstyle.

A firm favorite among beauty aficionados at the time, a permanent wave, commonly called a perm, is a hairstyle that consists of waves or curls in the hair.
However, in her hilarious clip from last year, Ruthie said: “This is a video with a warning: if you were born in the ’80s, don’t try to relive your youth and get a perm.”
