Moscow earlier today reported a major attack on a plant in its Belgorod region, on the border with Ukraine.

Reports said the flames rose 170 feet into the night sky.
Russian accounts said there was a shelling attack, while witnesses also said they heard gunshots.
The factory fire broke out this morning in Borisovka, west of Belgorod Oblast.
Evidently, an oil reservoir at or near the plant exploded, and fire damage spread to the Borisovsky Bridge Metal Structural Plant.
“At night, a civilian industrial facility in Borisovka was attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.
He said that ‘no one was injured, the employees of the company were evacuated in time.
