Russell Wilson’s VERY racy comment about wife Ciara’s brown latex dress at SAG Awards surfaces online… after singer returned to the red carpet just two months after giving birth

Ciara’s form-fitting, brown latex dress at last week’s Screen Actors Guild Awards received rave reviews, including a very sassy comment from husband Russell Wilson.

The Denver Broncos quarterback (for now) was spotted cuddling with Ciara in footage she has since shared to her TikTok page.

Ciara, the singer and actress who was nominated for her role in The Color Purple, is heard saying “I love you” in the clip.

Then the father of three leaned over and said, “I need you to get that latex out.”

The surprising comment wasn’t a criticism of the Venus Prototypex dress, but rather a 35-year-old father newly married to his wife of seven years.

Apparently immune to Wilson’s charm, Ciara quipped back, “Stop, you’re doing too much.”

The singer then joked about the exchange in her caption, writing, “We’re getting cut to pieces.”

The couple recently welcomed their third child together: Amora Princess Wilson.

In addition to Ciara’s eldest son from a previous relationship, nine-year-old Future Zahir, the couple also has six-year-old Sienna Princess and three-year-old son Win Harrison.

Wilson is rumored to be headed to Denver two years after signing a five-year, $242 million extension with the Broncos following his trade from Seattle.

With his head coach and general manager set to address reporters — and likely his employment situation — at the NFL scouting combine on Tuesday, Wilson reiterated this weekend that he hopes to return to the Denver Broncos in 2024.

Wilson said he still aims to win a few Super Bowls in the next five years.

“So yeah, I want to go back to Denver. I hope I can go back. I’d love to go back, to be honest. I have great teammates,” Wilson said on former NFL receiver Brandon Marshall’s “I Am Athlete” podcast, which went live Sunday night.

Wilson also reiterated his claim that the Broncos threatened to bench him midseason if he did not amend the injury guarantee in his contract, something the team has called a mischaracterization.

Wilson refused to remove the injury guarantee from the approximately $245 million contract he signed about a year earlier and ended up starting seven more games before coach Sean Payton benched him for Jarrett Stidham for the final two games.

If the Broncos want to move on from Wilson after two largely disappointing seasons, they will have to do so before March 17, when his $37 million base salary for 2025 becomes fully guaranteed.

The Broncos owe Wilson $39 million in salary this upcoming season, regardless of whether he is on their team or not. If they part ways, they will also take an $85 million dead cap hit, more than doubling the record $40-plus million the Falcons incurred in dead cap charges following the departure of QB Matt Ryan from Atlanta last year.

Despite Wilson being benched after throwing 26 touchdowns and eight interceptions in a rebound 2023 season, the Broncos have said a costly divorce isn’t necessarily imminent. Payton said in several radio appearances during the Super Bowl in Las Vegas that no decision had been made on the quarterback’s status and that Wilson’s return was a possibility.

Wilson said he could play for Payton again and hadn’t thought about other possible destinations because he’s still a Bronco. At one point in the nearly 90-minute podcast, Marshall joked with Wilson about where he would live if he stayed in Denver, given a recent report that Wilson and his wife, Ciara, have sold their Cherry Hills mansion worth $25 million to potential buyers.

“It’s not on the market right now,” Wilson said.

However, a rift is possible between Wilson and the Broncos, who went 8-9 last season and extended their playoff drought to eight seasons. Only the New York Jets, who last reached the postseason in 2010, have had a longer playoff drought than Denver.

‘People think I’m out of there. Maybe, but whatever happens, I’d love to go back. … I want to win more Super Bowls there. I love the city and everything else,” Wilson said in his first public comments since December. “But you also want to be in a place that wants you too.”

During the podcast, Wilson reflected on the bye-week conversations between his agent, Mark Rodgers, general manager George Paton and vice president of football administration Rich Hurtado about removing the injury guarantee from his contract.

“I didn’t want to set a precedent for players to withdraw their injury guarantees,” Wilson told Marshall. “…I had absolutely no intention of doing that.”

Wilson said he didn’t know if he was still the starter when he returned to the Broncos’ headquarters after the bye week.

“I’ll be back on Monday, I still don’t necessarily know what’s going to happen, and on that Monday I’m meeting with Sean,” Wilson said. “And Sean said, ‘Hey, treat it like nothing happened. You’re going to play this week, we have a big game this week against Buffalo. We’ve got to start winning on ‘Monday Night Football.’

Wilson started seven more games before being benched for Stidham, who went 1-1 in a pair of mediocre performances that only added more uncertainty to the team’s quarterback room.
