Russell Wilson and his pop star wife Ciara have sold their sprawling Seattle estate for an eye-watering $31 million, despite fetching less than their original sale price.

The 2007-built, 11,104-square-foot mansion, located 10 miles from Lumen Field, officially closed this week for $21.25 million after originally listing for as much as $28 million.

It first hit the market two years ago, when Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos. Wilson and Ciara, who celebrated the sale on Wednesday by attending Game 4 of Celtics-Cavs with one of their children, moved into the mansion in 2015.

In addition to selling the six-bedroom, six-bath home, Russ and Ciara also sold an adjacent plot of land for $9.75 million, netting a total of $31 million from the sale.

The Bellevue, Washington estate features a private dock with 150 feet of water access, as well as a theater, gym, yoga and dance studio. A two-story tree house was also built in the backyard.

Wilson, who led the Seahawks to their only Super Bowl title in 2013, was traded to the Broncos in 2022 and signed a five-year, $242.5 million contract extension, but was cut less than two seasons later deleted.

The 35-year-old quarterback signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason, but for much less than the “big money” contracts he’s usually offered: $1.21 million.

“This was Russ’s house in Seattle,” one of the real estate agents for the Bellevue mansion told me The Puget Sound Business Magazine in April.’ This is where he started his family. They have a recording studio in the house for Ciara. There is a very strong emotional bond with the house.

‘They were waiting for someone who saw the value in it and was willing to come along. We are very pleased to have a great buyer who can now make their own memories here.”

The eight-figure sale was completed about a month after Wilson was hit and represented a $3.5 million loss on his Denver home following his move to Pittsburgh.
