Daggy Russell Crowe and his girlfriend Britney Theriot are awkwardly BANNED from a casual Melbourne restaurant after trying to try on sportswear after a sweaty match of tennis.

Russel Crowe and his partner Britney Theriot were turned away from a Melbourne restaurant after trying to grab a quick bite with their sports team after a round of tennis.
The couple went to court on Friday but were barred from entering Mr Miyagi’s Japanese fusion restaurant for a post-workout lunch.
It is understood that the couple were denied entry because they were still wearing their tennis attire, on a day when sweat levels were high as Melbourne’s temperature hit 37 degrees.
Crowe’s manager, Grant Vandenberg, told Daily Mail Australia they were turned away while trying to grab “a quick bite”.

Crowe’s manager, Grant Vandenberg, told Daily Mail Australia they were refused entry to Miyagi’s (pictured) as they tried to grab “a quick bite”.
“He (Russell) went there in a new Ralph Lauren polo shirt after playing a tennis match and was turned away,” Vandenberg said.
Crowe and Theriot then went for lunch at another nearby restaurant.
After the meeting, both he and the restaurant contacted each other to smooth things over.
Mr. Miyagi’s dress code states that the establishment has a “Smart Casual Dress Code” in which work clothes, sportswear, tank tops, and thongs are not permitted.
Mr Miyagi has been contacted by Daily Mail Australia for comment.
Miyagi owner Kristian Klein said The Sydney Morning Herald a staff member did not recognize Crowe on Friday and they would love to have him back.
The couple met on the set of Broken City in 2013 and were confirmed to be together after they were caught cuddling on a tennis court in November 2020.
Crowe and Theriot have been together since 2020 and have been photographed playing tennis together on more than one occasion.
