Ruby Tuesday Matthews has revealed she is trying to ‘gain weight’ in a post about her workout routine.
The controversial influencer, 30, took to Instagram on Saturday to encourage her followers to move their bodies.
Ruby, who is known for her candid posts and lifestyle tips, wrote a very detailed description of her own struggle to find time to exercise, alongside a selfie in a football shirt and gray shorts.
“I can’t move my body much every day other than chasing little kids…and I don’t do cardio because I’m currently trying to gain some weight,” she wrote.
‘I absolutely love starting my morning with stretching and if I can do some sort of reformer (Pilates) for about 20 minutes… I’m grateful for this body and I feel so much better when I do it for 20 minutes move slowly and carefully.”

Ruby also assured her followers that they don’t have to “sit in a gym or run on a treadmill.”
‘Take your time, if the kids are watching TV or playing outside, start slowly: Youtube ‘floor’, ‘Pilates’, or ‘stretching’. You feel so much better,” the influencer advised.

Lunch usually consists of leftovers — “Today it’s fried rice,” she said — and dinner ranges from nachos to steak, accompanied by healthy snacks like Greek yogurt with fruit.
A key part of her nutritional approach involves cooking from scratch and choosing whole foods over processed products.

“There’s so much hidden sugar in processed foods,” she noted, advocating homemade dressings and simple, natural ingredients.
Matthews also addressed her physical health, especially during her pregnancies, where she maintained consistent weight gain and recovery after birth.

“It seems like even though I’m eating completely normally, I’m eating large amounts of, um, I’m just losing weight, and I have no control over it,” she admitted.
