Prince Andrew has been spotted riding a horse in Windsor for the second time since the Queen’s funeral today, amid rumors he faces a grim future for a royal under Charles’ reign.
The 62-year-old prince was seen in riding clothes and a blue coat with a royal crest as he rode near where the queen was buried after her state funeral earlier this month.
But his enjoyment of the outdoors could be all he looks forward to after royal experts claim he will be expelled from the royal family under his brother’s reign, becoming no more than the royal family’s “dog trainer.”
The Queen’s second son returned to public life after Elizabeth II’s death earlier this month, having previously relinquished royal duties after details of his ties to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein emerged.
He was briefly allowed to wear his military uniform while he and his siblings stood guard beside their mother’s coffin as she lay in state in Westminster Hall.
Prince Andrew also greeted mourners in Balmoral shortly after Her Majesty’s death as they gathered outside the castle where the Queen died to lay flowers and pay tribute.
But his attempt to save his reputation has little chance of success, according to royal observers.
It comes after King Charles is said to have contributed to the decision to strip the prince of all his royal titles in January this year.

Prince Andrew could even be evicted from the lavish Windsor mansion where he currently lives with his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson
It is widely reported that King Charles is planning a slimmed-down monarchy during his reign, including a review of the Crown’s vast real estate portfolio that spans over 500,000 acres of land.
This would leave little room for Andrew, who could only care for his late mother’s dogs, Candy, Muick and Sandy, the Sun reports.
Andrew and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson will stay in their lavish Windsor mansion for the foreseeable future, but fear they could be ‘kicked out’ by a commotion within the royal family.
Royal author Phil Dampier previously told MailOnline: ‘Prince Andrew will be devastated by the death of the Queen because he was always her favorite child.
Although he was disgraced for his involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, he still saw more of her privately than his siblings.
‘He lived at Royal Lodge a short distance from Windsor Castle and saw her almost daily. He supported her when she was more vulnerable, and was always there for her in person or on the phone when she needed him.
“There was an unbreakable bond between them and she must have been devastated when his name was dragged through the mud.
“Of course he was only to blame and it’s hard to feel sympathy for him, but as a mother she has always supported him.”
After the revelations about Prince Andrew’s connections to Epstein and his disastrous Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis, he was faced with a US lawsuit by Virgina Roberts – who now goes by her married name Giuffre.
As pressure and bad publicity continued to mount on Duke of York over New York’s civil sex crimes case, it was announced in January 2021 that the prince would lose his royal patronage so he could fight the charges as a “private citizen.”
Despite promising to fight Ms Roberts’ allegations against him in the civil suit brought in New York – and repeatedly protesting his innocence – Andrew agreed to pay £12 million to settle the case before it reached a jury .
Andrew said he would make a “significant donation” to her charity in support of victims’ rights and also praised her “courage” and said he “never intended” to defame her character.
He last appeared in an official capacity in March at a memorial service to Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, who died last year.
This was not without controversy after he arrived from Windsor with the Queen and propped her up as she used a cane to get to her seat.
Then, at the end of the service, he helped her out of the church and into the royal limousine.

International media quickly noticed the important role he was allowed to play in the service, as he had only reached the costly settlement with Ms Giuffre weeks earlier.
Ms. Giuffre claimed that when she was 17, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell specifically trafficked her from the US to have sex with the prince.
Epstein committed suicide in his prison cell after being arrested in 2019 for trafficking girls as young as 14.
Maxwell was found guilty in June this year and sentenced to 20 years in prison for various sex trafficking offenses, including against children.
It was later reported that Prince William and King Charles had “more than once” expressed concerns about the opt-in of allowing the Duke to escort the 96-year-old monarch to her seat at such a well-publicized event.
According to reports, the king and his son had also played a pivotal role in advocating the stripping of all of his royal titles and patronages from Andrew earlier in the year.
Andrew was subsequently banned from the balcony of Buckingham Palace for the celebration of Her Majesty’s platinum jubilee, an act royal experts said there was “no turning back” for the disgraced duke.
But in the wake of the Queen’s death, Prince Andrew played a prominent role in official and ceremonial proceedings.
This involved walking behind the Queen’s coffin on several occasions and keeping watch over her coffin along with his other siblings.
When he greeted royal fans in Balmoral alongside his daughters and several other members of the family, including Edward the Earl of Wessex and his children, royal commentators were quick to point out that it may have been an attempt on his part to improve his public image. to save.
Mr Dampier added of Andrew: ‘When he was a baby he was not seen in public for months and there were even rumors that something was wrong with him. But she only protected him and enjoyed time with him that she didn’t have with Charles and Anne who were ten years older.
Andrew was known as the ‘love child’ because his birth marked a new era for the queen who gave birth to two children after a hiatus. In the mid-1950s, there were also rumors that her marriage to Prince Philip was not going well, so a new child hit it off.
“As a child, he was probably a little spoiled and allowed to run wild, which could explain his arrogance as an adult. Maybe she spoiled him too much and definitely should have asked more questions about his lifestyle long before he got any legal notices.”
