On Saturday, the 44-year-old PR queen shared a glimpse of her stunning evening wear on Instagram in Portofino, Italy.
Roxy showed off her figure in an all-pink outfit, consisting of a chic crop top and matching skirt.
But it was her accessories that stole the show.
The Australian socialite completed her look with a pair of Christian Dior slides, which cost $1,190.
She also carried her Hermès Mini Kelly Bag in a matching pink hue, which she purchased in 2018 for $18,000.
Roxy has been talking about her love for expensive clothes and accessories for some time now.
On Saturday, Roxy shared a video on social media of herself unboxing a luxury boutique set worth thousands of dollars from famed French jewelers Van Cleef and Arpels.

Also featured in the clip is Roxy’s 13-year-old daughter Pixie, who receives a box containing a beautiful bracelet as a gift.
Mother and daughter posed side by side as they each unwrapped their own gift box, which contained artfully designed gold bracelets.
In the video, Pixie can be seen covering her mouth in fear and excitement as she first sees the amazing gift.
Also known as Vintage Alhambra, this bracelet is made of 18k yellow gold and decorated with agate gemstones. The price is AUD $8,650.

This came after Roxy and her family, her husband Oliver Curtis, and their children Pixie and Hunter, 10, were spotted enjoying the sunshine in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in the south of France.
The couple were spotted on a rare outing together, enjoying an ice cream with their children on a jetty in the chic tourist attraction.
The happy family enjoyed the sweet treats before boarding a small boat to take them to the private yacht they will be sailing around the South of France on.
