Roxy Jacenko recently packed up and moved to Singapore for good.
And the PR queen, 43, has secured an apartment in the city’s prestigious Ardmore Residence, with a rumored rent of about $45,000 a month.
Roxy, who recently sold her stunning $16 million Vaucluse mansion in May, is said to have snagged a palatial four-bedroom apartment in the building.
The socialite has yet to move into the exclusive apartment, presumably staying at the city’s Capella residences while the apartment is being readied.
Just a short walk from the Orchard Road entertainment precinct, the Ardmore’s 36-storey tower was designed by renowned architect Ben van Berkel.

The apartments have a seamless flow of living and dining areas and a shaded, double-height balcony, perfect for entertaining.
The home features four en-suite bedrooms, providing plenty of room for husband Oliver and children Hunter, nine, and Pixie, 12.
In addition to panoramic views of the city, the well-appointed house features an open kitchen, along with V-Zug appliances and a Liebherr fridge.
The house has luxurious travertine marble in the living and dining areas, along with beautiful oak floors in the bedrooms.
The exclusive residence has a number of shared facilities including a 50m swimming pool, jacuzzi and children’s pool.

The tower also has a gym overlooking the pool and gardens and an elegant clubhouse used by the residents of the building.
The building is just a short walk from the famous Orchid Road, a place of lively entertainment and restaurants.
Roxy is supposedly staying at the exclusive Capella Singapore while she waits for the new apartment to be ready.

Rumor has it that the PR star flew to Los Angeles three weeks ago to set up the new premises at Restoration Hardware.
For the new pad, a complete home is transported to Singapore by air freight.
The star was seen outside the monumental building and by the pool.
Another photo showed the glamazon wearing a simple black dress, Hermes sandals and a diamond necklace during the family outing.
Roxy and her children have just moved to the East Asian country to be with husband Oliver Curtis, leaving her beloved Sydney for good.
The house has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The PR queen seems to be settling in nicely after making a tidy profit selling her mansion in Vaucluse for a whopping $16 million.
The star left on Friday to start her new life in Singapore with her uncharacteristically sentimental about the move.
The 43-year-old posted a photo of herself on the plane, sitting in first class, with the caption, “end of an era.”

Roxy and her clan spent their last few nights in Sydney at the luxury Crown hotel in the CBD after packing up the family home, which they sold last month.
Her children said goodbye to their school friends and nanny Martinica Canha, while their mother tied up loose ends.
The founder of Sweaty Betty revealed in June that she would be leaving Sydney to live with her husband in Singapore.
She admitted that her life in the port city makes a big difference to her upcoming new life abroad.

“No one knows me there, no one has a preconceived notion of who or what I am, no one has expectations, and best of all, no one cares!” she told the Sydney Morning Herald.
‘In Singapore it was a matter of ‘Roxy who?’ I actually found it very refreshing and a bit liberating.’
Roxy also said she was willing to divorce when her husband Oliver moved to Singapore for work.
Her marriage was previously under scrutiny after it was revealed that she sold her family home in Sydney’s Vaucluse and shut down some of her businesses after Oliver moved to the Southeast Asian country for a job.

Roxy later confirmed that she and Oliver were not breaking up and decided to move out instead.
Speaking to The Kyle And Jackie O Show, she explained that she had argued with her 37-year-old husband over his decision to leave, noting that for years he had split his time between Sydney and Tasmania for his previous job.
‘I actually said to Ollie: ‘look, you go to Singapore and I stay here’. And he’s like, “well, I don’t know if that will work”. And I was like, ‘well, it’s worked for the last five years,'” she said.
Roxy remembered Oliver telling her that his work and personal finances required him to live in Singapore.

“I was like, ‘Okay, then what’s my option?’ He says, “oh, we have to get a divorce.”‘
Surprisingly, Roxy said she was perfectly happy with her marriage ending then and there.
‘I’m good at that. So just give me the papers, I’ll sign the papers and we can get a divorce. You do your job there and I stay here. And we will visit,’ she said.
However, Roxy ultimately decided not to end the marriage and agreed to move the whole family to Singapore for the sake of Pixie and Hunter.
‘It’s time. They need a dad around, and because he’s never here… like, he comes (back home to Sydney) about two days at a time,” she explained at the time.
She also blamed her long-distance relationship with Oliver as the reason why she constantly spoils her children with lavish gifts, claiming that she had trouble telling her children “no” when he was not around.
Roxy later joked that Oliver “probably has a woman in every port,” adding, “Well, whatever, it’s 2023.”
