Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea arrested for a THIRD time while out on bail after slamming famous mom

Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea O’Donnell has been arrested on drug charges for the third time in less than three months.

Chelsea, 27, who was a baby when Rosie, 62, adopted her, was last arrested on November 18, following previous arrests on September 10 and October 11 on drug-related crime charges.

Chelsea was out on $4,000 bail at the time of her most recent arrest (posted by her birth mother on November 13). We weekly reported Monday after reviewing court documents.

Authorities said in legal documents that Chelsea was arrested on November 18 in Niagara, Wisconsin after a vehicle she was riding in was stopped by police for a noisy exhaust system.

Police discovered “pick marks” synonymous with illegal drug abuse on Chelsea’s face and asked her for identification, which she did not have on her, according to legal documents.

Chelsea gave the officer her name and date of birth, the legal documents stated, and the officer determined she had a bond related to her previous two arrests.

Police then evacuated the vehicle and conducted a K9 search. At that time, it was determined that narcotics were in the vehicle, according to legal documents. Naloxone, a drug used to counteract an opioid overdose, was recovered from the trunk of the vehicle, police said.

Police searching Chelsea found a “clear smoking device” hidden in her bra during a search of her person, according to legal documents, with residue on the pipe later testing positive for traces of methamphetamine.

Officials said in the court documents that Chelsea had been “argumentative” with officers who tried to search her and ended up being handcuffed, later “calming down and cooperating,” after which the handcuffs were removed.

Authorities at the Marinette County Jail conducted a strip search of Chelsea during which “officers found a prescription bottle in Chelsea’s vagina.” InTouch reported, citing court documents.

The bottle contained a mix of hydrocodone, lamotrigine and alprazolam pills, according to legal documents; and a bag containing a “crystal-like substance,” according to legal documents reviewed by Us Weekly.

Chelsea subsequently received five new charges, three of which were felonies, including two charges of possession of methamphetamine; and misdemeanor possession of narcotics, according to legal documents.

Chelsea was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer, according to legal documents.

Chelsea remains in custody after a hearing on Monday and is due to report to court in the case on December 12, Us Weekly reported.

Chelsea was released from jail on November 13 by her biological mother Deanna Micoley – Rosie previously refused to bail her out – after more than a month in custody following an arrest on child abuse and drug charges.

Under the condition of her release, authorities determined that Chelsea must remain sober and not possess drugs or alcohol. American weekly reported last month after reviewing court documents.

Chelsea was arrested on September 10 in Amberg, Wisconsin after a search warrant was served, and charged with child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

Chelsea also faces misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and having drugs for which she did not have a prescription.

Chelsea was subsequently released after posting $2,000 bail later in September. She was then taken back into custody at the Oconto County Jail in Oconto, Wisconsin following an October 11 arrest in which she had a meth pipe.

Chelsea faced additional charges of misdemeanor bail jumping, meth possession and drug possession, in addition to misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer, the outlet reported.

Chelsea told Dailymail.com earlier this month that Rosie, 62, was taking a tough love approach to the legal situation with her.

“When I called Rosie to ask her to save me, she straight up said, ‘You belong in there,’” Chelsea said on Nov. 4. “She said, ‘I really can’t help you get out of there; I don’t want you to kill yourself. I don’t want to be responsible for you killing yourself.”

Chelsea told Dailymail.com from prison that she was upset that the Emmy-winning entertainer seemed more invested in the freedom of convicted murderers Erik and Lyle Menendez than her own.

“My mother is more interested in getting the Menendez brothers out of jail than in getting me out,” Chelsea said. ‘I have a drug problem. I need to go to rehab, but I’ve never killed anyone like the Menendez brothers.”

Chelsea told Dailymail.com that the A League of Their Own star has ‘turned his back’ on her.

This was said by the representative of the American Gigolo star American weekly from Chelsea on Tuesday that their “family hopes she gets the help she needs.”

Rosie, a longtime critic of newly elected President Donald Trump, is the mother of five adopted children: son Parker, 29, Chelsea, 27, Blake, 24, Vivienne, 22, and Dakota, 11.

The L Word: Generation Q artist spoke candidly about Chelsea’s ongoing drug and legal troubles in an Instagram post last month, saying the family hoped she could get sober in the future.

“Unfortunately, this is not new to our family – Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade – we all hope she will find a way out of this deadly disease,” the Long Island, New York, resident said on Instagram on October 19.

Chelsea told Dailymail.com that she felt there was a chance she could “end up in jail” because of the arrests, and that she wanted to “spend time with” her four children if that was the case.

Chelsea added at the time: “I’m trying to get bailed out of this.”

Under the terms of her previous release, Chelsea was allowed to see her children with Vicki Bourassa as a court-appointed supervisor. The explosion reported Tuesday. (Vicki is the mother of Chelsea’s ex Jacob Bourassa, the father of three of Chelsea’s four children.)

The court ordered her “not to possess/consume illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia/controlled substances without a valid prescription,” according to legal documents reviewed by the outlet.

Chelsea is also mother to one-year-old son Atlas, whose father is her boyfriend Jacob Nelund.
