Rosie O’Donnell opened up in a recent interview with Page six.
The 61-year-old comedian said she learned how to love being single after years of seeing other people.
The television personality, who previously dropped out during a tribute to Barbara Walters, divorced her most recent partner, 43-year-old massage therapist Aimee Hauer, in October last year.
O’Donnell started the interview by saying that while she enjoyed being single, she was also open about her love life.
“If something natural happened, you know, maybe. But I do not know. I’m more or less settled into my routine,” she said.

The actress added, “I’m always open to surprises. I’m open to seeing what’s in front of me.’
The Daytime Emmy Award-winning artist further stated that she was focused on her own projects and personal life for now.
“I’ve got it all like a well-oiled machine and I don’t know how much space, I have to tell you the honest truth from God,” she said.
However, O’Donnell did talk about what kept her motivated as a creative individual.
“I really thrive on beautiful art, beautiful conversation, intellectual debate,” she said.
The actress has been married twice and her marriage to Kelli Carpenter began and ended in 2004.
The couple shared sons Parker and Blake, ages 27 and 23, as well as daughters Chelsea and Vivienne, ages 25 and 20.
O’Donnell tied the knot with Michelle Rounds in 2011, and soon after, they adopted a daughter named Dakota, age 10.

The comedian’s second wife subsequently committed suicide two years after their divorce was finalized.
O’Donnell eventually moved on and became engaged to Elizabeth Rooney, though they split in 2015.
The television personality began dating Hauer in the spring of last year, though they split in October.
