Rosario Dawson hits the red carpet with Jane Fonda and author/farmer Gabe Brown for Common Ground
Rosario Dawson was all smiles as she took to the red carpet for the world premiere of her new documentary Common Ground.
Dawson is one of many celebrities appearing in the documentary about how regenerative farmers are restoring America’s soil and much more.
The 44-year-old actress – who is gearing up to release her new Star Wars series Ahsoka – also appears in the film alongside Laura Dern, Jason Momoa, Woody Harrelson, Ian Somerhalder, Donald Glover and more.
Dawson took to the red carpet in a gorgeous blue and white button-down short-sleeve dress for the red carpet.
She sported a dark blue belt to complete the dress, while accessorizing it with colorful pastel earrings.

The actress showed off a pixie cut with her jet black hair and completed her look with bright yellow pumps.
She also held up a brown cardboard sign that read Common Ground at various times on the red carpet.
Dawson also posed with the film’s co-directors Rebecca Tickell and Josh Tickell (Kiss the Ground) on the red carpet.
Narrated by Laura Dern, the film “presents an urgent message about the toxic practices within American food systems.
“At the forefront of this plight are the farmers and families who have experienced tragedy and illness at the hands of government policies that favor Big Ag and big profits,” reads the official description.
“By recognizing how racism has forged today’s agribusiness, regenerative farmers are returning to precolonial practices pioneered by Native and black farmers to restore soils, keep Americans alive and leave a legacy for future generations,” adds the description to it.
The film also highlights the need to confront the realities of our food systems and how profit and power drive them.
Common Ground is the recipient of the 2023 Human/Nature Award, established to “amplify a film that best exemplifies solution-focused environmental storytelling.”
