An NYPD cop who was caught giving her boss a lap dance at his Christmas party has posted risqué photos as Batman villain Harley Quinn.
Vera Mekuli, 27, shared the images dressed up as the Joker’s girlfriend with the caption: “Trouble never looked so good.”
She posed for the shots wearing makeup to resemble the character and an oversized mallet, which the character often uses to attack her opponent.
Mekuli, who is still assigned to the 44th Precinct in the Bronx, according to the Mail – also wore fishnets while posing next to a black Subaru WRX STI.
The police officer, who joined the force in February 2021, was filmed last year wearing a black and white miniskirt brushing the crotch of NYPD Lt. Nick McGarry.

Mekuli is a native of the Bronx. He attended school at David A. Stein Riverdale/Kingsbridge Academy and then went on to John Jay College to study criminal justice and police science, graduating in 2018.
The party was held at Rory Dolan’s, an Irish bar in Yonkers, New York, just north of the Bronx on Thursday. Admission was $75 with the promise of a DJ and open bar.
Footage from the event showed Mekuli grinding her butt into McGarry’s lap as he sits in a chair and holds on to her thighs.
‘She shouldn’t be disciplined at all. She’s a rookie and she was trying to get interesting points,” said a detective who knows both her and Lt.

The higher-ups of the NYPD wasted no time in disciplining McGarry, who has been with the NYPD since 2010.
He was reportedly reassigned to serve Transit District 12 in the Bronx after the tasteless video surfaced.
Mekuli, 27, was suspended after being charged with interfering with her brother-in-law’s arrest in New Jersey on May 8.
His brother-in-law, who was not identified, was arrested by New Jersey State Police for allegedly urinating on the side of the road, reports The New York Daily News.
And that is said to have led Mekuli to storm into a nearby station barefoot early the next morning, where she reportedly announced that she was a police officer and demanded to know why her brother-in-law had been arrested.
Her alleged antics led to her being suspended without pay on May 27. Officials do not say how long her suspension would last.
When Mekuli was confronted with the reasons for the arrest, the officer began recording the officers on his phone.
The Daily News cites a report as saying: “Officer Mekuli immediately began questioning the validity of the arrest.”
An officer told Mekuli that the department had “procedures to follow.” She is described as “angry” and demanding to speak to a lieutenant, she reports The New York Post.

Mekuli, seen here in a bathroom selfie, clashed with NYPD chiefs in May when she tried to get her brother-in-law off a drunk driving charge.
He allegedly told state police: ‘You guys are talking like crazy; none of this was done correctly.
Mekuli did not file an official complaint at the time, but someone she was with filed a report with the New Jersey State Police Office of Professional Standards.
That investigation found no wrongdoing on the part of the officers.
In June, her fans urged her to start monetizing her cleavage photos by opening an OnlyFans account.
“She should start with just fans,” follower Insure_hub wrote alongside a photo of Mekuli showing off the devil horns hand gesture. ‘She will be a millionaire in 6 months.’

On Instagram, Mekuli posts a series of cleavage-baring selfies, and a photo of her in a bodycon dress has amassed more than 2,800 likes.
“Waiting for OF to drop…until then I’m here for this,” Laichitis wrote on a fan’s Instagram.
The web service, which is based in the UK, has become a way for sex workers and adult film stars to reach fans directly and earn big money by cutting out middlemen like pimps and producers.
Adult film star Bella Thorne reportedly made $1 million in one day after joining the platform in 2020.
The rookie police have given no indication that he intends to set up an OnlyFans account, which would pay him through fan subscriptions. She did not respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
Mekuli dismissed lap dances as mere alcohol-fueled “shit and giggles” at a Christmas party.
He worried that the notoriety would affect his police work.
‘My work me and the off duty [self] they are two different people,’ he said. I can still patrol and police the streets like I used to and anyone can. I feel like I shouldn’t be judged or anything for a lap dance off duty, out of uniform.
He also said that the video would not have exploded like it did if it was a man.
