Love Island stars Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins have already become bookies’ favorites to win, just one day after the new series kicked off on Monday.
The pair, who were paired during the show’s opening episode, have already won viewers over with their chemistry and, according to Betfair, they are in the running to be crowned champions.
It comes after Ron and Lana were quickly dubbed a ‘power couple’ by fans when the blonde beauty chose to pair up with the Essex hunk during the opening episode, after he stepped up for her.

Having been at 20/1 odds of being crowned the winner before Monday’s launch show, after the episode Ron is the new 11/5 favourite.
Close behind, in second place is Kai Fagan with 7/2, followed by Haris Namani with 4/1, Shaq Muhammad with 9/2 and in fifth place Will Young with 5/1/.
Meanwhile, Lana is the 13/5 favorite to be the women’s victor, while Anna-May Robey comes in second at odds of 11/4.
Third is Olivia Hawkins at 7/2, while Tanyel Revan sits fourth at 9/2, and fifth is Tanya Manhenga at 9/2.

Meanwhile, 24-year-old Kai was also mocked by viewers for using the term ‘wife for life’ before switching between three single women during the first couple of the series.
The semi-pro rugby player told Maya that he had entered the South African village looking for the real deal, but fans of the show were quick to call him out for using the catchphrase ’embarrassing’.

Cause a stir! After Ron and Lana were paired up during the opening episode of Love Island, the village was later shocked after a new bombshell was introduced at the end of the first episode.
The islanders were visibly confused as Maya strutted around the villa, ready to announce a new addition to the house. But confusion quickly turned to surprise when semi-pro footballer Tom Clare walked through the villa’s gates.
The ITV2 program announced last Thursday that for the first time they were giving the public the chance to choose the first male or female hottie to enter the Villa.
The audience was given the chance to choose between Ellie Spencer, 25, a Business Development Executive at a Norwich law firm, and Tom Clare, 23, a semi-professional footballer from Barnsley. Since Tom entered the villa, Ellie will now be introduced at a later date.
The contestants had just been paired off when Tom made his entrance, clearly shaking things up.
